2011 Season!

It’s that time of year again!

Get ready to get wet ….

PRACTICE TIMES AND LOCATIONS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS From May 2nd – June 10th Glen Kernan Pool (Members and Guests)

            Monday, Wednesday and Friday

            5:00pm – 5:45pm Ages 6 and under or novice swimmers

            5:30pm – 7:00pm. Ages 7 and up or experienced swimmers

From May 3rd – June 11th Queen’s Harbor

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

5:00pm – 5:45pm Tuesday and Thursday 6 and under and/or novice   

5:30pm – 7:00pm Tuesday and Thursday 7 and up or experienced

8:00am – 9:30pm Saturday Ages 7 and up

8:00am – 9:00pm Saturday 6 and under or novice

New for 2011

5:00 – 7:00pm Tuesday thru Friday Advanced Swimmers

8:00 – 10:00am Saturday

(Wednesday and Friday practice at

Queens

Harbor is only for advanced swimmers)

 From May 31st – July 28th the Woods Practice

            Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,

            8:15am – 10:00am. Ages 7 and up, or advanced

9:00am – 10:00am. 6 and under or novice swimmers

From June 14th – July 28th

           

            Queen’s Harbor Practice

            Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday* and Saturday

            * During June and July, Friday’s practice is for 7 and older swimmers.

            7:00am – 9:00am Advanced Swimmers

7:15am – 9:00am. Ages 7 and up

7:15am – 8:30am. 6 and under

8:00am – 9:30pm Saturday Ages 7 and up

Saturday Morning will be for invited 6 and unders who are ready for a more rigorous work out. 

            Glen Kernan’s Practice

            Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

            5:15pm – 7:00pm Ages 7 and up, intermediate and advanced

            5:00pm – 6:00pm Ages 6 and under or novice

  • We reserve the right to adjust practice times in cases of over crowding and/or lack of participation.
  • In order to participate at the practice held at Glen Kernan you must be a member or guest of a member.

  • The times reflect a 15 minute stretch for each group to be held at the beginning of practice.

  •  6 and unders do not need more then 3 practices/week.  The intent at their age is to keep them excited about swimming and work on stroke and endurance.
